At New Era Cap, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by the portal to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your caps or apparel in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all original tags are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location; you will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
